Dude is eating a bodybuilding diet not a strongman diet. His fat is way too low for optimal strength and testosterone, fat should be a major energy source for heavy rep ranges, strongman is power not cardio/aerobics/pumping ala bodybuilding. Nutrition is poor, deficient in veg and fruit. He fears fat, carbs become fat too, and carbs at night don't=fat if you have energy deficit,it's impossible to gain weight on diet.

The squats are half squats, they're not close to parallel, that's why it feels light. The bar should not be on the neck it should be further back and lower on the back, on the backs of the tops of arms -rear delts- and you should not move forwards with body or knees going down, move your hips even further back, arch back and chest as much as possible, then go straight down and back up. Feet should also be further apart, you're hitting little muscles on the tops of legs(quads),you want glutes

This is strongman training? The weight is light for a very low ROM deadlift, straps AND knee wraps? Nothing about this is strongman, this is average joe training. Do it off the floor with no assistance and use chalk, that's strongman training. Jodie Marsh could probably kick this guy's a#se.
