Founded in 1988 by Savvas Kyriacou, Muscleworks Gym is one of the most hardcore bodybuilding gyms in the UK and home to some of the nation's top bodybuilding champions, sports people and athletes.

Not like your average gym, Muscleworks attracts only those who are 100% serious about training.  Founder, owner and manager Sav, as he's better known to most in the industry talks about the history and reputation of his unique establishment.  He talks about the people that attend and the 1000's of people he has trained over the last 20 years. You also see some of the top bodybuilders in London working out and pumping some serious iron!
