Amber is known as "Lil Miss Fit" throughout Southern California because of her small feminine frame combined her sassy little attitude for fitness.  She 
may be a tiny, but this girl is one tough chick.  She loves variety in her workouts and will be put to the test as she will try anything!
Originally from the bay area, Amber is 28 years old and lives in Los Angeles, CA.  She is a model, presenter and second year Ms. Fitness competitor who holds the title of Ms. Fitness Hawaiian Islands 2008.  She continues to train with the goal of winning the title of Ms. Fitness USA.  She hopes to lead by example and prove you can be  an active, natural, healthy, feminine fit woman without being too 
big and muscular!
Aside from modelling and fitness competitions, Amber is an Accredited Exercise Therapist certified by The Egoscue University who specializes in posture alignment.  With over 10 years of competitive 
artistic gymnastics under her belt, Amber understands the importance of proper alignment.  She continues to educate and train clients and will motivate you to "live life, live free, live fit".
